Description:

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient assistance in establishing key internal control measures across all areas of operations through consistent monitoring, review and update of systems and procedures
• Assist in the efficient translation of proven and approved control systems into a corporate manual of standards for future and continuing management reference
• Implements and ensures strict compliance of both internal and external policies and procedures
• Self motivated, flexible and has the ability to assume expanded responsibilities
• Good knowledge and experience in developing and executing audit programs (expertise in Inventory Audit preferred but not required)
• Strong ability in identifying risk issues, assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and evaluating compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience in process reviews and/o risk-based audits
• Excellent work paper organization and work program preparation skills

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable University
• Must be a CPA
• Male/Female ; not more than 40 years old
• At least 2 years relevant experience in internal audit
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Have long term development potential
