Description:

Investment Appraisal
Conducts thorough evaluation of proposed projects and investments for endorsement to management approval.
Reviews quarterly Capital Expenditures Monitoring Report
Controlling Functions
Reviews the monthly controlling charts and inform management of any critical issues/ concerns that need further attention by the management
Propose resolution to respective departments on matters/issues of special interest (e.g. actual- budget deviations)
Management Reporting
Reviews results of operations and ensure that LH management are adequately and timely informed.
Evaluates/Analyze Company's Credit Risk Exposure Report for submission to LHT.Provides confidential reports as requested by the management (e.g. cost rate computation, product area performance, profitability reports)
Business Planning & Budgeting
Reviews and consolidates Mid Term Business Plan, and ensures that the Company's operational targets are met.
Responsible for the following budget reports
Coordinates with the dept heads (or budget coordinators) in finalization of budget
Translates the Approved Detailed Annual Budget into a report format for upload to the ORACLE Financial System
Insurance
Prepares annual insurance assessment forms provided by brokers; File insurance claims with brokers; Regularly communicates with local and foreign brokers; Facilitate annual ocular inspection of LTP's facilities/premises; Constantly monitor status of insurance cases
Assist Legal Department in contract formulation (specifically with insurance provisions); Coordinate and obtain insurance related documents with/from concerned divisions
Risk Management
Regularly coordinate with risk owners/coordinators as to the identification of risk in their respective areas;Thoroughly evaluates and discuss effects of identified risk; Prepares and update risk map
Prepares risk management reports/presentation required by managementRegularly communicates with LHT's risk management team
Others
Performs such other task(s) that may be assigned by his/ her immediate superior
Guides and mentors Financial Analysts and acts as Deputy to Division Mgr in carrying out its functions.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably CPA
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Good intermediate computer literacy specifically of financial systems
